RWA Expert in Practice
From term sheet to first investor report.
A practitioner course for the people who structure, sell and sign tokenized deals. It starts from the big picture, then twelve modules, a launch on a demo network and a final project on an asset of your choice. By Metatron.
3 to 5 minutes. No account needed.
Tokenized assets today
The gap is not technology. It is structure, investor rules and distribution. That is what this course teaches.
Distributed value: tokens investors can hold and move between wallets. Source: rwa.xyz.For the people who do the deal.
Also for family offices and issuers of private company shares. Private cohorts for developers, law firms, banks and funds, with case studies on your own assets under NDA.
- Real-estate developers and investorsWhat a tokenized raise costs, how long it takes, what investors will ask, and when a conventional raise is the better call.
- Lawyers and legal teamsHow offering documents become transfer rules in code, where the token stops and the documents decide, and the questions to ask a platform.
- Capital-markets, fund and private-credit professionalsHow notes, fund units and company shares work as tokens: tranches, coupons, NAV and dealing days, distributions, venues and the rules that apply.
You learn it by doing it.
Steps, not lectures
Short videos of four minutes at most, then you do it: calculators, transfer-rule tests, investor files, a cap table.
Metatron AI on every lesson
A tutor that asks before it tells, grounded in the lesson you are on.
The RWA Lab
Launch a building on a demo network in nine stages, with a block explorer that records every step.
A final project an instructor reviews
Six deliverables on a published rubric: the case, the structure, the economics, the token rules, a launch rehearsal and the first investor report.
A certificate anyone can verify
Metatron Certified RWA Expert, with a public verification page.
13 modules · 58 lessons · the RWA Lab · final project · final exam · about 30 hours over 12 weeks · English
The same three deals, module after module.
The numbers carry from lesson to lesson, so you see one deal through from structure to the first investor report. All three are fictional.

Your path through the track
13 modules, in order, then the capstone. Pick a stop on the path to see its lessons.
Start here: the big picture
- 0.1Tokenization in plain words
- 0.2Money basics for newcomers
- 0.3How big it is and how fast it grows
- 0.4Who is already in, and what they launched
- 0.5Why now, where it is heading, and what can go wrong
Tokenize a building in a few minutes
Put Juniper Yard into a vehicle, mint the tokens, try a transfer the token blocks, and pay the first quarter. New to blockchain? It starts with the basics. No account needed.
One real step from module 4.
Every step in the track runs like this one. Learn, practice with Metatron AI, then a check. It takes about three minutes.
You own a share of the vehicle, not the bricks
In the most common structure, a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) owns the asset. Investors hold tokens that represent interests in that SPV.
The token is the record of ownership and the rail for transfers and distributions. The legal rights come from the SPV's documents.
Tap each part of the structure to see what it does.
By the end of the track
Private cohorts for developers, law firms, banks and funds, with case studies built on your own assets under NDA.
- Decide whether an asset is worth tokenizing, with the numbers to back it.
- Structure an issuance: the vehicle, the offering regime, the investors and the transfer rules.
- Build the cost model and the timeline of a real issuance.
- Choose platform, chain, custody and transfer agent with clear criteria.
- Run the issuance after launch: reporting, distributions and redemptions.
The work you hand in
Take one asset, a building, a debt-fund tranche or company shares, from term sheet to a test issuance: the structure, the cost model and timeline, a permissioned token on a test network with whitelisted investors, a distribution and the first investor report.
- Every stepA short check before you move on.
- Every moduleA scenario you solve with Metatron AI.
- The capstoneReviewed against a published rubric.
- Final examTimed, open notes, no AI help.

What people ask about RWA Expert in Practice.
Do I need a technical background?
No. RWA Expert in Practice assumes you know your own field, such as real estate, law, finance or compliance, and teaches the tokenization side of it. There is no code to write. For the hands-on practices you need a free MetaMask wallet; the practices use a test network, where coins have no value.
Who is it for?
People who structure, sell and sign tokenized deals: real-estate developers and investors, lawyers and legal teams, and capital-markets, fund and private-credit professionals. Family offices and issuers of private company shares use it too.
How is it taught?
In short steps, with a lecturer who explains every screen: a short video or reading, practice with Metatron AI, then a check. After every two lessons comes a hands-on practice: you issue tokens, allowlist investors, pay distributions and settle trades yourself, from your own wallet on a test network. Each module ends with a challenge, and in the RWA Lab you launch a building on a demo network, stage by stage.
What do I get at the end?
The Metatron Certified RWA Expert certificate, once you finish every lesson, the RWA Lab mission, a final project reviewed by an instructor and the final exam. Anyone can check it on a public verification page. It is a Metatron credential, not a degree or a license.
