Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Metatron Academy collects, including what we receive when you sign in with Google, how we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it, how long we keep it and how you can have it deleted.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Who we are
Metatron Academy (academy.metatron.systems) is operated by Metatron Technologies, a business name of Shoval Seidman, a sole proprietor registered in Israel, 23 Palmach Street, Kfar Yona, Israel ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described here.
Contact: ops@metatron.systems.
Signing in with Google
You can create your account and sign in with your Google account. If you do, Google shares with us only the basic profile information you approve on Google's consent screen: your name, your email address, your profile picture if you have one, and a Google account identifier. We ask only for the standard openid, email and profile permissions.
We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your contacts, your Gmail, your Drive files, your calendar or any other Google data.
- We use your Google email address and account identifier to create your Academy account and to recognize you when you sign in again.
- We use your name to address you in the course and to print it on any certificate you earn.
- We use your email address to send messages about your account and your courses, such as sign-in links and certificate notices.
- We keep this information in our sign-in system and database, with the rest of your account (see How we protect it).
How we treat Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you see in the Academy: your account, sign-in, your progress and your certificates. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to data brokers. We do not use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models. Humans at Metatron do not read it except with your permission, for security reasons, or where the law requires.
We share it only with the service providers listed under Who we share it with, which run the Academy for us, or where the law requires it.
What else we collect
- If you sign in with your email instead: your email address, and the one-time sign-in links we send you.
- Your profile answers: your name, your role and, if you give it, your organization.
- Learning records: your progress, your answers, your messages to the AI tutor, your RWA Lab activity, your final project, your exam results and your certificates.
- Practices on a test network: the public address of the test wallet you connect and the test transactions you make. We never ask for your private keys or your recovery phrase.
- Waitlist form: your name, email, role, the track you chose and, if you add it, your organization.
- Technical data: basic request data such as IP address and browser type in our hosting provider's logs, and usage events linked to a random session id kept in your browser.
- We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run your account and the courses, and to save your progress.
- To answer your questions through the AI tutor.
- To issue certificates and let others verify them.
- To improve the lessons, using usage information.
- To keep the Academy secure and to prevent abuse.
- To contact you about your account, your courses and, if you joined the waitlist, the Academy. You can unsubscribe from non-essential messages at any time.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers that run the Academy for us, and only what each one needs for its service:
- Lovable and Lovable Cloud: hosting, the database and sign-in.
- Anthropic: the AI tutor. It receives your messages to the tutor, the lesson context and the role you gave in your profile, to write replies. It does not receive your name, your email address or your Google account data.
- Mux: video streaming and playback statistics.
- Our email delivery provider: to send sign-in links and course emails.
- Authorities or others, only where the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.
Certificate verification
Each certificate has a public verification page that shows your name, the credential, the date and its status.
How we protect it
- All traffic to the Academy is encrypted (HTTPS), and our hosting provider encrypts stored data.
- Database rules let each learner read only their own records. Only authorized staff, signed in with their own accounts, can see learner data, and only to run the Academy.
- Service keys and secrets stay on our servers and never reach your browser.
- Exam questions and answers stay on the server until you submit.
How long we keep it
- Account and learning records, including the data from Google sign-in: while your account is open, and up to 24 months after it closes.
- Waitlist details: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Certificate records: for as long as we offer verification, unless you ask us to remove them.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and your personal data at any time by writing to ops@metatron.systems from the email address of your account. We delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
You can also remove the Academy's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This stops sign-in with Google; it does not by itself delete the data already in your Academy account, so write to us for that.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data under Israel's Privacy Protection Law and, if you are in the EU, under the GDPR. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to your local data protection authority.
Our providers may process data outside Israel, including in the United States and the EU, with the safeguards the law requires.
The Academy is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this notice
We post changes on this page and update the date above. If we change how we use Google user data, we will tell account holders by email before the change applies and, where needed, ask for consent again.
